an really good spa experience
I cherished my rejuvenating time at the spa, where Ms. Joga's warm welcome and Ben's amazing massage skills created lovely moments. The staff showed genuine care throughout our stay.
A few sunbeds around the pool were showing signs of wear, and the drink options in the all-inclusive package seemed limited, which could use enhancement for a premium experience.

The superior room was comfortable, but the sun beds were worn out.

Cactus Resort & Spa stood out for its fine multiple pools, never feeling overcrowded. The gym is really good, quite possibly the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great air-conditioning system that kept everything comfortable. It also featured this handy mobile phone , quite a unique touch! The staff made a huge difference. The staff at the main bar were nice, especially the one who greeted me with a smile after a long day. Dining was another highlight. Breakfast had options like freshly. Some sunbeds around the pools looked worn and could use an upgrade. While the food quality was mostly good, there were instances where a few items could be fresher. The all-inclusive drink package lacked variety in spirits. It would be better if they could expand those selections. On the entertainment front, I noticed that evening options could be livelier for younger guests. I felt some toiletries weren't replaced regularly, a slight inconvenience.

During my stay, I was able to relax beside the stunning pools without feeling crammed, which was a highlight of my visit. The gym was exceptional, arguably the best I’ve seen in any hotel, which made my workouts enjoyable. I particularly loved the dining experience at the Elia restaurant, where the delicious dishes offered made the stay even more special. I noticed that some sunbeds around the pools could use an upgrade, and a few food items could have been fresher.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with good location close to the beach and local amenities, allowing you to easily explore the area. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of loungers to relax on.
The food could have been better, with a limited selection and quality that did not match the price tag. The staff were also quite rude and unhelpful at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym which was modern and well-equipped. The themed dinners each night offered a diverse and delicious selection of food. The location was perfect, right in the center of the resort and only a short walk to the beach.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The location was great, right near the beach and close to the town center. Loved being able to easily walk to the beach and explore the local shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our holiday.
Our New Year experience was quite disappointing. the hotel's New Year's Eve celebration was lackluster and underwhelming.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the resort, making it convenient for exploring the area. It is also in front of the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. the ELIA restaurant adjacent to the main boardwalk provides a lovely dining experience.
Some of the sunbeds by the pool are reserved by guests, making it difficult to find a spot.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities for a truly exclusive experience. the Spa center is truly superb, staffed with professional and attentive people who provided great service. the massage I received was one of the best I've had and the beauty treatments left my skin feeling revitalized. the hotel offers beach access and the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.
The only minor issue I found was the limited sunbeds by the pool. Although there is a message asking guests not to reserve sunbeds, many people still did so and kept them all day, making it difficult to find an open one.
